Spring Summer Fashion Trends: Peplum

Peplum began popping up this past fall and winter seasons and has made its way in the Spring and Summer trends.  Peplum, as a refresher, is a short over-skirt or ruffle attached at the waistline of a jacket, blouse, or dress. Peplum is easy to wear on most figures.  It accentuates the hips and waist, adding to hourglass curves. The construction has a very feminine feel. Here are some examples of summery peplum fashions.
